Yesterday Police called for help in finding a woman reported missing from her home in Paraparaumu Beach.
Tonight Police say they are pleased to report that the woman missing from her Paraparaumu Beach residence has returned safe and well.
Police say they are grateful for the public assistance.
Earlier report: The 61-year-old, who has dementia, has been reported missing from her residence in Paraparaumu Beach.
She was last seen yesterday evening, on foot, in the clothing shown in the photograph.
Police, Ina’s family and those at her residence have concerns for her safety.
Police are focusing their search on the Waikanae Beach and estuary area, and ask any residents in those areas to check around their properties.
Land Search and Rescue are assisting with the search, as well as a Police drone.
