Waikanae Scottish Country Dance Club is running beginners’ classes on Friday 9, 16 and 23 February, 7.00pm to 8.00pm at the Kapakapanui School hall in Rimu Street.
SCD is great fun, suitable for all age groups and you don’t need a partner. Wear soft sole shoes and layers – it can get hot!
Once you’ve tried it, it is hoped you will stay on and join the full club which starts from Friday 1 March.
