Scheduled for July 21, 2024, this workshop is completely free of charge and promises a comprehensive and engaging experience for young business minds eager to grow and succeed.
The workshop features a variety of sessions tailored to enhance entrepreneurial skills:
- Understanding Your Customers: A deep dive into customer behavior and preferences, helping young entrepreneurs tailor their offerings to meet market demands.
- Media Training: Conducted by professionals from Coast Access Radio and The Ōtaki Mail, this session will equip participants with the skills to effectively promote their businesses through various media channels.
- Merchandising: Tips and strategies on how to create appealing product displays and optimize sales.

In addition, the workshop will include catering provided by young people, showcasing their culinary talents and adding to the community spirit of the event.
The workshop will finish in a vibrant pop-up market, where the young entrepreneurs can put into action the skills they have learned. This pop-up market will be open to the public, providing a fantastic opportunity for the community to support and celebrate these budding business talents.
