Registrations for their first employer seminar “Employing Gen Z” close this Monday – 1st May. This event aims to provide an opportunity to learn how to support Gen Z in your workplace. This is a free seminar that is co-hosted between Kāpiti Youth Support (KYS) and Work Ready Kāpiti, it will be focused on assisting employers to have successful and long lasting working relationships when hiring youth. An amazing night is lined up for attendees, including nibbles, workshopping, Q&As as well as an insightful talk from Darryl Gardiner the key note speaker.
This seminar will cover; how to effectively communicate with youth, orientation and induction processes, as well as how to use mutual understanding for problem solving.
