The Kāpiti Cancer Society says the public are being very generous this Christmas and they are grateful for the assistance.
The table at Coastlands has seen a steady stream of people wanting to donate and also for $2 people can place a heart on the remembrance tree for those lost to cancer.
Volunteers Joy and Edna, both cancer survivors themselves, say people are giving generously and the Cancer Society puts all funds raised to good use here in Kāpiti.
