Bohanna Motors in Waikanae is the latest in a series of ramraids to plague the Kāpiti Coast in recent weeks.
The popular Mobil station in Waikanae was hit by ramraiders on Sunday and follows on from similar attacks in Ōtaki, Paekākāriki, and Paraparaumu Beach.
The good news is Police continue to arrest those responsible. And the other good news is the way the community has rallied round in each case.
Bohanna Motors said “A huge thank you to Mike from Mike Craig Builders and the other members of our community who came to the rescue and helped with the cleanup and re-securing of the site and the amazing support we have had from our loyal customers, friends and community.”
The bad news is this seems to be a rapidly developing trend.
