With campaiging now well under way, we need to ask if the residents of the Paekākāriki-Raumti Ward have had some urban masterpieces secretly left in their rohe? Along with the regular groomed headshots of candidates and views of Kāpiti Island from every angle are a series of hand painted original signs showing large black question marks.
Closer inspection does reveal that they are officially sanctioned posters from one of the candidates for the Paekākāriki-Raumati Ward. In true Banksy style he has declined to be interviewed and asked for his name to be withheld.
