It’s in the Ballot is coming to the Kāpiti Coast for the 2022 local body elections, bringing a total of 8 Shows to the Kāpiti Coast for Elections 2022. It’s in the Ballot is based on the Kiwi Classic TV show, It’s in the Bag but with a political twist.
Your contestants are candidates standing for office, and the questions are locked away in sealed boxes where even the crew don’t know what questions are in which boxes then 1 by 1 each candidate will pick a number then they will answer the question in it.
Now with It’s in the Bag Tradition we have some booby questions that are like get out of asking the questions (get out of jail free cards), with Dodge the Question and Defer the Question to another Candidate. If a Candidate selects with a Booby Question in it, they will keep that card like the Get out of Jail Free Card.
Also in the fashion of It’s in the Bag we will broadcast the show live on Facebook, YouTube and Twitch so people at home can watch, and members of the public can watch later on in their own time. Plus bite-size highlights will be put on TikTok.
