Kāpiti Entertainment: Comedy Debate – We Don’t Know How Lucky We Are.
Kāpiti’s annual comedy debate is set to occur on the 14th August with a stellar line up, and a topic that should be dear to our hearts ‘That we don’t know how lucky we are’.
Organised by the Paraparaumu Branch of the Labour Party, the line up features Ayesha Verrall (#18 on the party list) who will prop up the negative team Cr Rob McCann and Kieran McAnulty MP who has yet to lose one of these debates.
Leading the affirmative is the former Labour Mayor of Wellington Justin Lester, along with candidates (and soon to be MPs) Barbara Edmonds (Mana) and Terisa Ngobi ( Ōtaki).
Keeping this unruly mob in line during the comedy debate is Ruth Dyson MP as the chair, and all that is needed now is an audience, which is where you come in.
Tickets can be booked with Beryl on 021444540 or [email protected]
or Rob 0212122953 [email protected]
Zoom tickets are also available for a living room for $20 if you can’t travel.

We’d love more out-of-town zoom members so we can raise as much funds as possible.
