Committee Chair Gerald Rys says the Waikanae Beach Residents Society Incorporated (WBRSI) have been busy presenting submissions and having dialogue with representatives of the Waikanae Community Board, KCDC and Greater Wellington Regional Council.
“This has included discussion of rates increases, Beach Residential District plan reclassification, emergency management, long term plan submission, flooding and stormwater, community hall, Waimahia stream realignment, Waikanae Beach Futures Document promotion, Waikanae Beach Development.
Mr Rys Is inviting the community to attend the upcoming AGM.
“Come and hear about these issues and raise your own.”
