The official opening of the new Waikanae Support Hub will provide a sought after service at 13A Mahara Place, Waikanae.
Spokesperson, former Kāpiti Mayor Iride McCloy, says the Waikanae Support Hub will offer a front door to anyone in the community seeking information or assistance as well as arranging specific purpose appointments.
Ms McCloy says achieving their aim will be by providing information and support relating to a range of issues including supporting clients in an advocacy role if within the rules of the organisation.
She says The Support Hub is there to help people having health, housing, financial or relationship concerns.
Ms McCloy says they will provide hands on help that is free, impartial, confidential and independent.
The new Waikanae Support Hub will be officially opened by Kāpiti mayor Gurunathan on Wednesday 21 February at 10.30am.
