A Diesel fuel shortage has hit Kāpiti with many petrol stations reporting they are either very low or run out completely.
The Z Kāpiti Road station says they have run out of deisel but had no comment to make as to why or when stocks would be refreshed.
The GAS Waikanae station seems to be one of the few with diesel. The manager told KCNews.co.nz they have plenty of deisel in stock.
It appears there has been a holdup in the supply chain and we will update when more info is available.
