The Kāpiti Community Centre has been overwhelmed and are hugely excited by the interest in their Boomerang Bags initiative.
“There have been some amazing donations already including fabric, thread and even a sewing machine. We are still looking for more donated items such as fabric, needles, thread, screen printers, ink, sewing scissors, machines and overlockers.”
If you have any of these things lying around at home that you would like to lend to a great cause you can drop them off at Kāpiti Community Centre during business hours.
