Congratulations to the fabulous Mojo Go Girls of Kāpiti team comprising Nikki Carroll, Megan O’Mara, and Lea Thoms who finished 17th out of 108 female teams at the IronMaori Half Ironman race in Napier on Saturday.
Megan O’Mara did the 2km swim under her expected time, Lea Thoms had to complete the 21.1km run in 28 degrees of Hawkes Bay heat and Nikki Carroll zoomed through the 90km cycle in a personal best time. Great work team, Kāpiti salutes you.
