An IT company based in the Ōtaki Gorge has been selected as the Electra Business of the Year for Kāpiti and Horowhenua.
It is Aura Redeye, a managed vulnerability scanning service, which was also given an excellence award for Medium-Large Business at the Electra Business Awards gala dinner on Friday 8 November 2013.
Of the company, the judges say “this business has a huge vision based on identifying global market potential with a leading innovative idea, taking the company to its next level of national and international success. This is not easily achieved in today’s market and we should all be proud of having this company in our region.”
Highly Commended is HMC. The judges say it has smart management, good systems and is focused on moving forward with a positive culture and well trained staff.
