Diane is very positive, enthusiastic, energetic and committed to making the lovely Kāpiti Coast a great place to live, work and play. She works with environmental groups who are restoring streams and rivers and planting reserves. Diane is convenor of the Keep Kāpiti Coast Beautiful groups working to beautify this district.
As an Aquatic Centre Trustee Diane successfully led the community fundraising for the Aquatic Centre, which we can now all enjoy.
Diane has worked hard on the Proposed District Plan which will shape the future of our district, protecting ecological and heritage sites, increasing our bridleways, walkways and cycleways and preserving the natural beauty of this district.
Diane’s background is in youth leadership and community service for the past 45 years. She is a long serving Councillor who hopes to continue to represent you on the Council.
Diane also serves this district as a Marriage and a Funeral Celebrant
