Stefan Wolf of local band Moumou Timers has announced the launch date of their long awaited first album.
“Yes, we have been around the block but reckon it’s never too late for a first. So, at a combined age of close to 200 years, the “Moumou Timers” from Paekākāariki are releasing their debut album.
“Te Miti and beyond” contains 14 high energy tracks of rock and reggae, with themes as diverse as chicken farming, custody disputes, on line dating and murder.
“We will be launching the CD at Finn’s Bar and Restaurant in Paekākāariki on Friday, 25 November, from 7pm The Bakelites will also be performing, bringing their shimmering pop from Wellington to the Kāpiti Coast.’
