A full house attended the Te Horo School’s finale performance of their music programme at Te Horo Community Hall yesterday.
The hall was packed with proud family and friends who had come to watch the wonderful talent. Each group played a short piece and then the whole school joined together to end with a few kapa haka items. Some of the instruments being played were recoder, flute, guitar, keyboard and ukelele. It was a great afternoon showcasing the progress and skills of our students who have worked extremely hard over the last 2 terms with their music. Principal Craig Vidulich ended the afternoon giving special thanks to teacher Mrs Yemma Barsanti whose passion and drive sees the schools music programme flourish every year.
