Incumbent Greater Wellington Regional Councillor Nigel Wilson held on for a comfortable 1500 vote majority win over challenger Ann Chapman.
“It is a pleasure to be able to serve Kāpiti for another term. With over 8400 votes I am pleased with the election result but there is much to do over the next three years and I am looking forward to the challenges ahead,” said Mr Wilson.
