Campaign Statement
If re-elected Diane will continue to promote sound environmental management practices including green waste composting, recycling, restoration of rivers and streams, protection of ecological and historical sites, beautification of parks and reserves and our streets and beaches and the creation of more cycleways, walkways and bridleways.
Diane commits herself to ensure that our community remains a safe, healthy and affordable locality in which to live. She will be a positive Councillor who wishes to see the district achieve balanced growth in accordance with the community vision as outlined in the Long Term Council Community Plan.
Diane will continue to work positively to ensure that the Kāpiti Coast remains a great place to live, taking into consideration the needs of all of the people who make up our community. She will work towards building an Aquatic Centre that meets the needs of this district.
